These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the platform and outline the rights and responsibilities of both users and Nova Prime. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform. The purpose of these Terms is to create a safe, fair, and efficient environment for clients and freelancers to connect. Nova Prime reserves the right to update these Terms periodically, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of such changes. We encourage you to review these Terms regularly to stay informed. This agreement is essential for maintaining trust and transparency within our community. Use of the platform implies understanding and compliance with all provisions. If you have questions or concerns, please contact our support team for clarification.

2. Eligibility

To use Nova Prime, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. By registering, you confirm that you meet these requirements and agree to provide accurate information. Minors or users without legal authority may not create accounts or participate in transactions. Eligibility criteria help maintain a professional marketplace and comply with legal regulations. Nova Prime reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these requirements. Users are responsible for monitoring their eligibility status and promptly updating their information. Our platform is intended for individuals and businesses legally permitted to operate in the United States. Any fraudulent or misleading eligibility claims may result in penalties or account closure. We may request proof of eligibility at any time to ensure compliance. Maintaining eligibility safeguards the community and promotes trustworthy interactions.

3. Account Registration

3.1 – Accuracy of Information

Creating an account on Nova Prime requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete personal and professional information. This includes your name, email address, country of residence, and payment details. Misrepresentation or the use of false information may result in account suspension or permanent removal.

3.2 – Confidentiality and Credential Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any unauthorized use of your account must be reported to Nova Prime immediately. The platform is not liable for any losses or damages resulting from unauthorized access due to compromised credentials.

3.3 – Account Ownership and Transfer

Nova Prime accounts are non-transferable and must only be accessed and used by the registered individual. Sharing accounts or transferring access without explicit written authorization from Nova Prime is prohibited and may lead to permanent account suspension.

3.4 – Use of Registration Data

Nova Prime collects and uses your registration information to verify identity, facilitate payments, allocate tasks, and communicate updates. Your data may also be used internally for fraud prevention and security audits, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

3.5 – Multi-Account Access and Fund Control

Users are strictly prohibited from creating, operating, or attempting to benefit from multiple Nova Prime accounts with the intention of bypassing platform restrictions, disciplinary action, or financial controls. Any form of fund access, task bidding, or transaction involving a secondary account tied to a suspended or flagged user will result in immediate action, including fund forfeiture and permanent platform ban.

4. User Conduct

All users agree to behave professionally and respectfully while using Nova Prime. Harassment, discrimination, hate speech, or any form of abusive behavior is strictly prohibited. Users must comply with applicable laws and refrain from posting unlawful or offensive content. Engaging in fraudulent activities, scams, or misrepresentation is grounds for immediate account termination. Communication should be clear, honest, and related to platform activities. Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and appropriateness of their content, including profiles and project postings. Spamming, unsolicited advertising, or disruptive actions are not allowed. Nova Prime monitors user conduct and may investigate reports of violations. Our goal is to foster a safe, inclusive, and productive community. By using Nova Prime, you agree to uphold these standards and contribute positively.

4.1 – Account Responsibility and Access

Users are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their Nova Prime accounts. Account credentials must not be shared, transferred, or exposed to unauthorized individuals. Any activity conducted under a user’s account is presumed to be initiated by the account holder. Users are required to promptly report any unauthorized access or suspicious activity to Nova Prime’s support team. Nova Prime reserves the right to restrict access, disable accounts, or initiate verification protocols if account integrity is compromised or misused. Proper account stewardship is essential to ensure platform security and fair use.

4.2 – Multiple Account Policy

Each user is permitted to maintain only one active account on Nova Prime. Creating or operating multiple accounts, either directly or through third parties, is strictly prohibited unless explicitly authorized in writing by Nova Prime. Users found to be managing duplicate or fraudulent accounts may face account suspension, permanent bans, or forfeiture of associated funds. The platform employs technical systems to detect IP overlaps, behavioral similarities, and registration patterns. Violations of this policy undermine fairness and system integrity and will be treated as serious breaches of the platform’s terms.

4.3 – Eligibility and Identity Verification

To maintain a secure and trustworthy environment, all users must provide accurate personal information during registration and may be required to verify their identity through approved documentation or methods. Nova Prime reserves the right to request verification at any stage of the user lifecycle, including but not limited to before bidding, receiving payments, or withdrawing funds. Failure to comply with verification requirements may result in limited account functionality, task ineligibility, or permanent suspension. Users must not falsify their identity, impersonate others, or submit misleading details under any circumstance.

5. Services Offered

Nova Prime provides an online marketplace that connects freelancers with clients seeking various services. The platform facilitates job postings, bidding, contract management, communication, and payment processing. While we strive to offer reliable and efficient services, Nova Prime does not guarantee the quality, availability, or accuracy of user-submitted work. Users enter agreements and contracts directly with each other. Nova Prime acts as an intermediary to support these transactions but is not a party to contracts between clients and freelancers. We provide tools and resources to help users manage projects and payments securely. Users are responsible for clarifying project scope, deadlines, and deliverables before engagement. Nova Prime may introduce new features or modify existing services with notice to users. Our commitment is to create a transparent and user-friendly platform for freelance work.

6. Fees and Payments

6.1 – Platform Fees and Payment Handling

Nova Prime charges fees for the use of specific services, including commissions on payments processed through the platform. All fee structures are clearly outlined on the official website and are subject to periodic updates with prior notice. Users agree to pay all applicable service fees and commissions tied to their transactions. Payments are securely processed through trusted third-party gateways, with funds held in escrow when necessary until project milestones are confirmed. Nova Prime does not store payment credentials internally. Users are responsible for any applicable taxes, and late or failed payments may result in penalties or account restrictions. Transparent fee policies support trust and the operational sustainability of the platform.

6.2 – Prohibition on Suspended Account Transactions

Accounts that have been suspended or placed under compliance review are strictly prohibited from initiating, receiving, or participating in any form of payment activity. This includes, but is not limited to, withdrawal requests, deposits, task bidding, or the use of suspended account credentials (such as PINs or registered emails) during active transactions. Any transaction linked to a suspended account will be placed under administrative hold and escalated for compliance review. This policy is enforced to preserve platform integrity and prevent abuse.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

Users retain ownership of their intellectual property (IP) rights but grant Nova Prime a limited license to display and use content necessary for service provision. Freelancers warrant that submitted work is original or properly licensed. Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution of others’ IP is prohibited. Nova Prime respects copyright laws and responds promptly to infringement claims. Users are responsible for obtaining necessary rights and permissions before sharing content. The platform may remove or restrict access to infringing material. IP protections promote creativity and legal compliance within the marketplace. Users grant Nova Prime permission to use feedback, testimonials, or project summaries for promotional purposes. Protecting intellectual property rights fosters trust and professionalism. Users should notify Nova Prime of any suspected violations.

8. Confidentiality

Users agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during projects or communications. Confidential information includes business plans, trade secrets, personal data, and other non-public details. Unauthorized disclosure may cause harm and is subject to legal penalties. Nova Prime provides tools to support secure communication but does not guarantee confidentiality outside of platform controls. Users should exercise caution when sharing information and use non-disclosure agreements as appropriate. Confidentiality obligations extend beyond project completion. Breaches may result in account suspension or legal action. Nova Prime encourages users to report suspected confidentiality violations promptly. Protecting sensitive data maintains professional relationships and platform integrity. Users are responsible for safeguarding their own confidential information.

9. Dispute Resolution

Nova Prime provides a structured and transparent process for resolving disputes related to task outcomes or quality. As the platform does not allow direct communication between clients and freelancers, there are no payment-related conflicts between the two parties. All payments are made by the client directly to Nova Prime before task initiation.

Once the task is completed, Nova Prime delivers it to the client through a secure internal review system. During this review phase, clients can view the work but are restricted from downloading, copying, or modifying the content — ensuring protection of the freelancer’s intellectual property. If the client approves the task, payment is released to the freelancer. If concerns are raised, Nova Prime manages any necessary revisions or clarifications.

In the event of a formal dispute, Nova Prime reviews all relevant task details, timelines, and submission history to ensure a fair and balanced outcome. Decisions may include refunds, partial payments, or contractual adjustments. All users agree to accept the final decision made by Nova Prime and to cooperate in good faith throughout the process.

The platform may suspend accounts temporarily during dispute investigations to maintain system integrity. Timely reporting of concerns is encouraged to allow for faster resolution. Nova Prime’s clear, centralized dispute process ensures accountability, reduces risk, and protects both clients and freelancers equally.

10. Termination and Suspension

Nova Prime reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts for violations of Terms, fraudulent activities, or inactivity. Termination may be immediate or after prior warnings depending on severity. Users may voluntarily close their accounts at any time. Upon termination, access to account data and platform services is revoked. The platform may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes. Termination does not affect accrued rights or obligations, such as outstanding payments. Users are responsible for backing up important data prior to account closure. Maintaining compliance with platform policies reduces risks of suspension. Termination decisions are final but may be appealed through support channels. Protecting the community and platform integrity motivates enforcement actions.

10.1 Penalty for Fraudulent Transactions and Payment Manipulation: Any user found deliberately attempting to bypass, alter, or manipulate required payment processes—including misrepresenting transaction values or currencies—will face immediate account suspension. Additionally, a refundable penalty fee of $50 USD will be imposed as a condition for account reinstatement. This enforcement action is in accordance with our platform’s fraud prevention standards and is intended to uphold the security, fairness, and operational integrity of Nova Prime. Repeat violations may result in permanent termination without further notice.

11. Privacy Policy

11.1 – Fraud, Misrepresentation, and Platform Bypass

Nova Prime enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy toward any form of fraud, identity misrepresentation, or deliberate circumvention of platform restrictions. Users who falsify identity information, impersonate other members, access funds or services through deceptive means, or engage in unauthorized platform activity will face immediate sanctions. These include account termination, forfeiture of funds, permanent blacklisting, and legal action where applicable. All suspicious behavior is logged and reviewed through our compliance monitoring systems.

11.2 – Data Collection and Usage

Nova Prime collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which users agree to by using the platform. Data collected includes registration information, payment details, communication logs, and usage analytics. The platform uses this data to deliver services, enhance user experience, and fulfill legal obligations. Nova Prime does not sell user data to third parties.

11.3 – Data Security and Access Rights

Personal data is protected through secure infrastructure and advanced encryption protocols. Users have the right to access, update, or delete their data in compliance with applicable data protection regulations. Cookies and tracking technologies are employed for personalization and analytics. Users are encouraged to review the Privacy Policy regularly to remain informed about how their data is handled.

12. User Content

Users are responsible for the content they post on Nova Prime, including profiles, project descriptions, proposals, and reviews. Content must be lawful, accurate, and not infringe on third-party rights. The platform reserves the right to remove content that violates Terms or is deemed inappropriate. Users grant Nova Prime a license to use content as necessary to operate and promote the platform. Posting false, misleading, or harmful content may result in penalties or account suspension. The community benefits from honest and respectful content sharing. Users should avoid sharing confidential or sensitive information without consent. Reporting mechanisms exist to flag problematic content for review. User content contributes to marketplace transparency and trust. Responsible content creation supports a positive user experience.

13. Payment Terms

Payments on Nova Prime are processed through secure third-party gateways. Clients deposit funds into escrow accounts to protect freelancers and ensure milestone delivery. Payment releases occur upon mutual agreement or project completion according to contract terms. Fees and commissions are deducted before funds are transferred. Users must provide accurate payment details to avoid delays. Refund requests are handled through dispute resolution or according to refund policies. Late or missed payments may result in penalties or suspension. Nova Prime does not guarantee payment outside of its platform channels. Compliance with payment terms protects both clients and freelancers. Users should review all payment-related policies carefully before engaging in contracts.

13.1 Fund Accumulation Restriction

Nova Prime Writers Inc. is not a financial institution. Users, including freelancers and clients, must not accumulate or store funds on Nova Prime. Once a freelancer has been paid for a task, they must withdraw their funds within 12 hours or transfer them to their credit balance. No freelancer will be allowed to take on a new task without completing the withdrawal for the previous task. Accounts that accumulate multiple task payments without withdrawal will be flagged. Failure to comply within 12 hours will result in the account being flagged and suspended within 72 hours.

13.2 Task Approval and Payment Verification

All freelancer payments are subject to client approval. Once a client verifies and accepts the submitted work, Nova Prime will send a unique payment verification code to the freelancer’s registered email. The freelancer must input this code in their project dashboard to confirm and release payment. No payment code will be sent for rejected work. Rejected submissions will only trigger a rejection notice via email.

13.3 Region-Based Payment Method Allocation

Payment methods are automatically assigned based on the user's IP address. Users in American and European regions are provided with Stripe and PayPal as payment options. Users in African regions are automatically assigned local transaction methods and must submit a valid transaction ID for payment confirmation. These allocations are determined by device location to optimize payment success globally.

13.4 Platform Scope and External Transactions

Nova Prime Writers Inc. is a legally licensed freelancing company. It does not operate lotteries, investment programs, campaigns, or any businesses outside freelance services. Any dealings outside of Nova Prime’s official platform are not endorsed or protected by Nova Prime. The company disclaims liability for any user losses or disputes resulting from off-platform engagements.

14. Reviews and Feedback

Reviews on Nova Prime are an essential part of maintaining transparency, service quality, and accountability within the platform. Only users who have successfully completed a task and received full payment are eligible to submit a review.

Qualified users will receive an automated email prompt to leave a star rating and feedback **seven (7) days after the payment for that task has been completed**. This delay ensures the task is fully closed and allows for fair reflection.

All reviews must be based on actual task experience. Nova Prime strictly prohibits false, defamatory, or manipulated reviews. Users are expected to provide constructive and respectful feedback, even in cases of dissatisfaction. Any content found to be abusive, dishonest, or misleading may be removed by the moderation team.

Users have the opportunity to publicly respond to reviews in order to clarify or resolve any issues raised. Reviews influence both freelancer and client reputation and may impact future opportunities on the platform.

Nova Prime may use aggregated review data to enhance user experience, refine policies, and improve platform performance. Incentivized or fake reviews are strictly prohibited, and violations may result in account suspension or permanent removal.

Users are encouraged to participate responsibly and truthfully in the review system to help build a reliable and trustworthy freelance marketplace.

15. Dispute Resolution

Nova Prime operates with full transparency and fairness, offering structured mechanisms to resolve disputes regarding task outcomes and quality. It is important to note that Nova Prime does not provide any communication channel between freelancers and clients. This structure eliminates direct payment issues between the two parties.

All client payments are made directly to Nova Prime before the task begins. The client also specifies any required copies or instructions. Upon task completion, Nova Prime uses a secure system to allow the client to review the work within a protected platform environment. During the review period, the client can view the task but cannot download, copy, or alter the content. This ensures the security of the freelancer’s intellectual work and protects both parties from misuse.

If a client approves the work, the freelancer is paid. If a client requests revisions or raises concerns, Nova Prime mediates internally using system records and task details. Since all interactions are handled within the platform, Nova Prime serves as the sole point of coordination, ensuring neutral and professional handling of all task-related issues.

In the rare case of a dispute, Nova Prime evaluates all task data, submission history, and internal review logs to determine a fair resolution. Decisions may include payment release, refunds, or contract modifications. Users agree to abide by Nova Prime’s final decisions and to cooperate in good faith throughout the process.

Nova Prime may temporarily suspend accounts under active dispute investigation to preserve platform integrity. Timely reporting of issues ensures swift resolution and minimizes disruption. We are committed to fairness, transparency, and protecting the rights of both clients and freelancers.

16. Modifications to the Platform

Nova Prime may modify, update, or discontinue platform features at any time. Changes may be driven by user feedback, technology advancements, or business strategy. Users will be notified of major updates via email or platform announcements. Modifications do not affect existing contractual obligations unless explicitly stated. The platform aims to minimize disruption during changes. Users should stay informed to leverage new features and comply with updated policies. Discontinued features may require users to adjust workflows or contracts. Nova Prime reserves the right to suspend services temporarily for maintenance. Continuous improvement supports user satisfaction and platform growth. Users are encouraged to provide feedback on platform changes.

17. Compliance with Laws

Users agree to comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws while using Nova Prime. This includes regulations related to employment, taxation, data privacy, and intellectual property. Illegal activities such as money laundering, fraud, or unauthorized access are prohibited. Nova Prime cooperates with law enforcement agencies as required. Users are responsible for understanding and following relevant laws. Violations may result in account suspension or legal action. Compliance protects the platform and its users from legal risks. The platform may implement measures to enforce compliance. Users should seek legal advice if unsure about applicable laws. Maintaining lawful use fosters a safe and reputable marketplace.

18. Third-Party Services

Nova Prime integrates with third-party services for payment processing, communication, and analytics. These services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. Users are encouraged to review these policies separately. Nova Prime is not responsible for third-party service performance or security. Integration facilitates smooth platform functionality and enhances user experience. Users should be cautious when sharing data with third-party providers. Disruptions or changes to third-party services may affect platform availability. The platform regularly evaluates third-party partnerships for security and compliance. Users consent to such integrations by using the platform. Awareness of third-party involvement supports informed platform use.

19. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nova Prime, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their platform use. This includes violations of Terms, unlawful conduct, or third-party disputes. Indemnification protects the platform from legal liability caused by user actions. Users are responsible for defending Nova Prime against claims related to their conduct. Failure to indemnify may result in legal consequences or account suspension. The clause encourages responsible use and accountability. Nova Prime reserves the right to participate in defense at its discretion. Users should understand their obligations under this provision. Indemnification supports a secure and fair marketplace. Cooperation in indemnification matters is essential for effective resolution.

20. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any disputes arising from platform use are governed by the laws of the United States of America, specifically those of the state where Nova Prime is headquartered. Users consent to jurisdiction and venue in these courts. Governing law ensures consistency and predictability in legal interpretations. Disputes not resolved through platform processes may be subject to litigation under these laws. Users should be aware of their rights and responsibilities under applicable legal frameworks. Governing law clauses help manage cross-jurisdictional issues. Users outside the United States may have additional legal considerations. Compliance with governing law facilitates orderly dispute resolution. Nova Prime recommends consulting legal counsel for complex matters. The provision ensures clarity and enforceability of these Terms.

21. User Responsibilities

Users of Nova Prime are expected to use the platform responsibly and ethically. This includes providing truthful information, honoring agreements, and respecting other users. You are responsible for all activities conducted under your account, including those by authorized users. Users must ensure their actions do not disrupt the platform or violate any policies. It is essential to protect your login credentials and immediately report any suspicious activity. Failure to fulfill responsibilities may result in penalties or account termination. The platform expects users to act in good faith during transactions and communications. Users must comply with all applicable laws and Nova Prime’s rules. Responsible behavior fosters a safe and productive community. Users should stay informed of updates and best practices for platform use.

22. Account Security

Account security is paramount to protect user data and platform integrity. Users should choose strong passwords and update them regularly. Sharing login information with others is strictly prohibited. Nova Prime employs encryption and security protocols to safeguard user information. Users must notify Nova Prime immediately if they suspect unauthorized access. The platform may temporarily lock accounts during suspicious activity investigations. Users bear responsibility for all actions taken through their accounts. It is recommended to use multi-factor authentication where available. Nova Prime continuously monitors security threats and updates defenses. Maintaining account security helps prevent fraud and data breaches.

23. Prohibited Activities

Nova Prime prohibits activities that harm the platform, its users, or violate laws. Prohibited actions include hacking, spamming, distributing malware, and impersonation. Users may not use the platform to engage in fraudulent schemes or money laundering. Posting illegal, obscene, or offensive content is strictly forbidden. Attempts to manipulate reviews, ratings, or bidding processes are disallowed. Engaging in unauthorized advertising or solicitation violates platform policies. Nova Prime reserves the right to investigate and take action against prohibited activities. Violations can result in suspension, legal action, or criminal charges. Users should familiarize themselves with this list to avoid unintentional breaches. Compliance ensures a trustworthy and safe marketplace for all.

23.1 Account Intervention

A user who violates Nova Prime Writers’ rules and is given a 72-hour intervention period is subject to restrictions during this time. The user may or may not be allowed to bid on tasks. After the 72 hours, the user will only be eligible to withdraw a minimum of USD 300, unlike compliant users who may withdraw USD 50. Users who activate their accounts daily with a minimum of USD 10 remain unaffected. Any penalties during the intervention period are refundable, provided the account remains eligible. Nova Prime does not allow the accumulation of more than two paid tasks or holding amounts for over 72 hours. Failure to comply after 72 hours will result in temporary suspension and denial of access. 24. Financial Integrity and Transaction Reversals

Nova Prime maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy for unauthorized reversals, chargebacks, or payment cancellations once a transaction has been processed and acknowledged by the platform. All payments made through Nova Prime’s official channels, including but not limited to M-PESA, Vodacom, PayPal, credit or debit card networks, and recognized banking institutions, are considered final unless explicitly disputed through Nova Prime’s internal dispute resolution desk.

Wireless International Transactions (Deposits & Withdrawals)
All wireless international transactions, including deposits and withdrawals, must comply with the following:

Bank Transfers for Non-U.S. Freelancers:
Non-U.S. freelancers must confirm with their bank whether it can receive payments from the U.S. directly without a third-party service. Nova Prime does not facilitate this confirmation, as banking systems vary by country.

Minimum Withdrawal Limits:
- Bank Transfers (Non-U.S., Europe, UAE): USD 1,200
- PayPal: USD 2,000
- Card Payments: USD 2,550
- Local Operators (e.g., M-Pesa, Vodacom, Cash App, Split Pay, etc.): From USD 50, or as advised by Compliance

Third-Party Transfer Services:
For banks that require a third-party service, the following minimums apply:
- Remitly → M-Pesa: USD 2,000
- MoneyGram: USD 2,000
- Western Union: USD 2,000
- Yellow Card: USD 2,200
- Chase & other local banks: As per specific instructions

Transaction Timelines:
- For local banks that support direct international transfers, funds are usually received within 1–24 hours with no business-day delay.
- Transfers via third-party services typically take 1–3 business days to complete.
- Other international transfers may take up to 7 business days, depending on the bank and service used.

24.1 Unauthorized Reversal and Penalty Enforcement

Any user (client or freelancer) who initiates a payment reversal, chargeback, or cancellation request through a third-party financial operator (such as Safaricom PLC, Vodacom Group, PayPal Holdings Inc., banks, or card processors) without the express written authorization of Nova Prime shall be deemed to have violated the Financial Integrity Policy.

Such an action automatically triggers:

Under Safaricom PLC Merchant and Business Till Regulations, any malicious or unauthorized reversal request made by a sender against a registered business Till account automatically attracts a regulatory penalty of KSh 50,000 and may result in immediate suspension or permanent withdrawal of the Till facility. Nova Prime fully abides by this regulatory framework, and any user action resulting in such penalties shall be held personally and financially liable for the full amount, in addition to administrative and compliance costs.

Similarly, under Vodacom M-PESA Commercial Use Policies, PayPal Buyer Protection Regulations, and international Card and Bank Network Rules (Visa, MasterCard, and SWIFT systems), any fraudulent, malicious, or unjustified chargeback initiated against a verified business account constitutes a financial breach. In such cases, Nova Prime reserves the right to impose equivalent recovery charges, administrative fees, or legal penalties matching the damage or regulatory fine imposed by the respective payment service provider.

Failure to settle the fine or respond within the stated timeframe shall result in permanent account termination, inclusion in Nova Prime’s internal suspension registry, and escalation to external compliance authorities or financial regulators where applicable.

Nova Prime reserves the right to pursue civil or legal recovery for any deliberate financial interference, operational disruption, or damage to its business credibility arising from a user’s reversal action. For reference, see also Section 36.1 (Task Rejection Limit) and Section 37 (Disciplinary and Financial Accountability).

25. Service Availability

Upon review, the client may either approve the work or request revisions. If revisions are needed, Nova Prime communicates the client's feedback to the freelancer within a maximum of 6 hours after the client submits their review.

If the client fails to respond within the 72-hour review period, the task is automatically marked as approved by default, and Nova Prime releases the full payment to the freelancer immediately. This ensures fairness and prevents project delays caused by client inactivity.

91.2 User Autonomy and Responsibility

Users have full control over their accounts and are responsible for managing their availability, balance, and bidding decisions. Freelancers must ensure they have sufficient credibility before bidding on tasks. Nova Prime does not issue refunds for task credits spent due to unpreparedness. Accidental deposits can only be recovered by initiating a withdrawal request through the user dashboard.

91.3 Dormant Account Protocol

Accounts that do not meet the 24-hour activity requirement are automatically marked as dormant and may be temporarily suspended. Dormant accounts lose access to task bidding. An automated email notification will be sent to the user once dormancy is detected.

91.4 Restrictions During Dormancy

Users are strictly prohibited from bidding on any new tasks once a dormancy notification has been issued. To reactivate the account, users must perform at least one qualifying action (e.g., deposit or withdraw). Once the activity is registered, access to platform features will be restored.
